Program Learning Outcome (PLO) terdiri atas empat aspek, yaitu Sikap, Keterampilan Umum, Pengetahuan, dan Keterampilan Khusus. Penyusunan PLO untuk aspek sikap dan keterampilan umum mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 3 Tahun 2020 tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan Tinggi.
CPL SIKAP
Sikap 1: Bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, menjunjung tinggi nilai kemanusiaan berdasarkan agama, moral, dan etika, berperan sebagai warga negara yang bangga dan cinta tanah air dengan nasionalisme serta rasa tanggungjawab pada negara dan bangsa, serta berkontribusi dalam peningkatan mutu kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa, dan bernegara berdasarkan Pancasila.
Attitude 1: Devoted to the One Almighty God, upholding the values of humanity based on religion, morality, and ethics, playing a role as a proud and patriotic citizen with nationalism and a sense of responsibility towards the country and nation, and contributing to the improvement of the quality of community life, nationhood, and statehood based on Pancasila
Sikap 2: Bekerja sama dengan kepekaan sosial, peduli terhadap masyarakat dan lingkungan, menghargai keanekaragaman budaya, pandangan, agama, kepercayaan, serta pendapat orang lain; taat hukum dan disiplin dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat dan bernegara; menunjukkan sikap bertanggungjawab dalam bidang keahliannya secara mandiri; serta menginternalisasi nilai, norma, dan etika akademik.
Attitude 2: Collaborating with social sensitivity, caring for society and the environment, appreciating cultural diversity, perspectives, religions, beliefs, and the opinions of others; adhering to laws and discipline in communal and national life; demonstrating a sense of responsibility in their field of expertise independently; and internalizing academic values, norms, and ethics.
Sikap 3: Menginternalisasi semangat kemandirian, kejuangan, dan kewirausahaan; bersikap etis dan peka budaya dalam pemberian layanan fisioterapi; memiliki sikap menghormati hak privasi, nilai budaya, dan martabat klien, serta bertanggung jawab atas kerahasiaan dan keamanan informasi tertulis, verbal, dan elektronik dalam kapasitas tanggung jawabnya sebagai profesi fisioterapi.
Attitude 3: Internalizing the spirit of independence, struggle, and entrepreneurship; maintaining ethical conduct and cultural sensitivity in providing physiotherapy services; displaying respect for privacy rights, cultural values, and the dignity of clients, as well as taking responsibility for the confidentiality and security of written, verbal, and electronic information in their capacity as a physiotherapy professional

CPL PENGETAHUAN
Pengetahuan 1: Mampu menguasai konsep teoritis pada bidang keilmuan fisioterapi, termasuk biomekanik, teknologi sumber fisis, IPTEK, laboratorium, radiologi, dan aspek psikososial, serta dapat melakukan penyelesaian masalah berdasarkan prosedur yang baku dalam pelayanan fisioterapi terkait fungsi dan gerak tubuh manusia.
Knowledge 1: able to master theoretical concepts in the field of physiotherapy, including biomechanics, physical resource technology, science and technology, laboratory work, radiology, and psychosocial aspects. Additionally, able to solve problems based on standardized procedures in physiotherapy services related to human body function and movement
Pengetahuan 2: Mampu menguasai konsep teoritis pelaksanaan manajemen fisioterapi secara komprehensif pada berbagai kondisi, seperti muskuloskeletal, neuromuscular, kardiorespirasi, integumen, kesehatan reproduksi, pediatri, geriatri, dan olahraga, dengan penerapan teknik fisioterapi secara mandiri maupun berkelompok. Selain itu, memiliki pemahaman mendalam tentang konsep sosialisasi kesehatan yang bersifat promotif dan preventif, terkait dengan gerak dan fungsi tubuh.
Knowledge 2: able to master the theoretical concepts of comprehensive physiotherapy management in various conditions, such as musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiorespiratory, integumentary, reproductive health, pediatrics, geriatrics, and sports. This includes the application of physiotherapy techniques independently or in a group setting. Additionally, possessing a profound understanding of health socialization concepts that are promotive and preventive, particularly related to body movement and function.
Pengetahuan 3: Mampu menguasai konsep teoritis dalam sistem pelayanan fisioterapi dan kesehatan nasional, serta memiliki pengetahuan faktual tentang sistem informasi, legislasi, dan regulasi terkait fisioterapi; memahami konsep prinsip-prinsip K3, hak, dan perlindungan kerja fisioterapi; menguasai konsep teoritis komunikasi terapeutik; serta memiliki pemahaman mendalam tentang metode dan pelaksanaan penelitian ilmiah.
Knowledge 3: capable to master theoretical concepts in the physiotherapy service system and national health, as well as having factual knowledge about information systems, legislation, and regulations related to physiotherapy. Understanding the principles of occupational health and safety (K3), rights, and protection in physiotherapy work. Proficient in the theoretical concepts of therapeutic communication and possessing a profound understanding of methods and implementation of scientific research.
Pengetahuan 4: Menguasai konsep teoritis prinsip-prinsip fisioterapi pada komunitas.
Knowledge 4: able to master the principle theory of community physiotherapy
CPL KETERAMPILAN UMUM
Keterampilan Umum 1: Mampu menerapkan pemikiran logis, kritis, sistematis, dan inovatif dalam pengembangan atau implementasi ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, dengan memperhatikan nilai humaniora yang sesuai dengan bidang keahliannya. Selain itu, mampu menunjukkan kinerja mandiri, bermutu, dan terukur.
General Skill 1: able to apply logical thinking, critical, systematic, and innovative thinking in the development or implementation of science and technology, considering humanistic values relevant to their field of expertise. Additionally, able to demonstrate independent, high-quality, and measurable performance.
Keterampilan Umum 2: Mampu mengkaji implikasi pengembangan atau implementasi ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dengan memperhatikan nilai humaniora sesuai dengan keahliannya, berlandaskan kaidah, tata cara, dan etika ilmiah untuk menghasilkan solusi, gagasan, desain, atau kritik seni. Selain itu, mampu menyusun deskripsi saintifik hasil kajian tersebut dalam bentuk skripsi atau laporan tugas akhir, serta mengunggahnya dalam laman perguruan tinggi.
General Skill 2: able to examine the implications of the development or implementation of science and technology, considering humanistic values in accordance with their expertise. Grounded in the principles, procedures, and scientific ethics to generate solutions, ideas, designs, or artistic critiques. Additionally, able to compose a scientific description of the study’s results in the form of a thesis or final project report and upload it to the university’s platform.
Keterampilan Umum 3: Mampu mengambil keputusan secara tepat dalam konteks penyelesaian masalah di bidang keahliannya, berdasarkan hasil analisis informasi dan data.
General Skill 3: able to make accurate decisions for problem-solving within their expertise, based on the analysis of information and data.
CPL KETERAMPILAN KHUSUS
Keterampilan Khusus 1: Mampu melakukan interview, prosedur asesmen, observasi, tes fisioterapi, serta skoring sesuai prinsip diagnosis Fisioterapi dengan mematuhi kode etik fisioterapi Indonesia di lapangan kerja. Selain itu, mampu mengembangkan instrumen pengukuran fisioterapi berdasarkan kaidah-kaidah psikometri, serta memiliki kemampuan dalam menganalisis persoalan fisioterapis non-klinis dan perilaku, serta menyajikan alternatif pemecahan masalahnya.
Specific Skill 1: able to do interviews, assessment procedures, observations, physiotherapy tests, and scoring in accordance with the principles of Physiotherapy diagnosis while adhering to the Indonesian physiotherapy code of ethics in the workplace. Additionally, capable of developing physiotherapy measurement instruments based on psychometric principles and possessing the ability to analyze non-clinical issues and behaviors of physiotherapists, presenting alternative problem-solving options
Keterampilan Khusus 2: Mampu menyampaikan gagasan secara tertulis dan presentasi efektif, menggunakan teknologi informasi secara bertanggung jawab. Selain itu, memiliki sikap ilmiah dengan kemampuan mengakses artikel jurnal, buku, melakukan penelitian, dan menghasilkan karya ilmiah di bidang fisioterapi. Juga, mampu merencanakan dan mengembangkan karier pribadi melalui Career and Personal Development.
Specific Skill 2: able to express the ideas effectively through written communication and presentations, using information technology responsibly. Additionally, possessing a scientific attitude with the ability to access journal articles, books, conduct research, and produce scholarly works in the field of physiotherapy. Also, able to plan and develop a personal career through Career and Personal Development.
Keterampilan Khusus 3: Mampu bertanggung jawab pada pekerjaan dalam bidang fisioterapi dengan integritas keilmuan, mampu bekerja dalam kelompok. Selain itu, dapat melakukan evaluasi diri, mengelola penyuluhan secara mandiri, dan efektif berkomunikasi informasi dan ide menggunakan berbagai media kepada masyarakat. Juga, mampu merencanakan, menata, memberikan edukasi, serta melakukan evaluasi dan informasi terkait pelayanan fisioterapi dalam lingkup komunitas.
Specific Skill 3: able to take responsibility for work in the field of physiotherapy with scholarly integrity and the ability to work in a group. Additionally, able to self-evaluate, independently manage education sessions, and effectively communicate information and ideas using various media to the community. Also, proficient in planning, organizing, providing education, and evaluating information related to physiotherapy services within the community scope.
